FINEST KUEST LIMITADA, abbreviated as KUEST, is committed to protecting the personal data of Clients / Users, having, in this context, prepared this Policy, which underlies its commitment to respect the privacy of its users / customers and inform them of how their information is being used.
This Data Protection Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data for which KUEST is responsible for, within the scope of the services made available to its Customers/Users.

KUEST, as part of its activity, may use third parties to provide services. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies the access, by these entities, to personal data of Clients / Users.
When this happens, KUEST takes the appropriate measures in order to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputed and offer the highest guarantees in this respect, which is duly established and contractually safeguarded between KUEST and the third party(ies).
In any case, KUEST shall remain responsible for the personal data made available to it.
